I am truly glad to have found a mechanic service I can really trust. Not only are the prices the most reasonable, but the service is always professional and courteous. The staff has always gone above and beyond in advising me as to my car's needs, repairing a hole in the tire for no charge, and referring me to a body shop that was considerably less than others I had visited. Now, we only go to John's Place. John is one of the most honest people I have dealt with in the auto repair business. On our first visit he fixed our car when no one else could find the problem. The customer service and personal attention given to us is second to NONE! Last year my son was visiting from out of state and before he left his car was acting up. He needed to get back for work but was nervous about making the drive. I called John he took care of him immediatly without an appointment and he was able to make it back home without being late. I have would recommend John's Place to anyone! My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to John’s Place ever since we moved to Glenview. They have been extremely fair and, on several occasions, have gone beyond the call of duty when helping us. I cannot think of anyone else that I would be wanting my parents to rely on when it comes to the safe operation of their vehicles. Keep up the good work!
